The event is smart casual. In July, the weather can vary, with highs of 29 and lows of 20 degrees Celsius.

Question How far is the hotel from the airport and how can I arrange transfers?
Answer

There are two international airports in Istanbul:

Closest – Istanbul Airport

2nd – Sabiha Gökçen International Airport

The hotel is around a 45-minute drive from Istanbul airport, yellow taxis depart from the plaza outside International Arrivals. Most yellow taxis will accept card payment. Uber is also available for use in Türkiye. More information can be found here.

Our door / bell team can arrange a yellow taxi at the hotel for guests.

Unfortunately, no. There are some ATM machines at the hotel, it is possible to exchange money via those.

Question What happens if my flight is cancelled?

There will be room cancellation charge and according to our contract, this will be covered by Hilton. Attendees are responsible for their own flights.

There are no plans for a fire drill over the event days. In the event of the drill sounding, please follow hotel updates.
